With technological advancement sales of CD's and DVD's have been in drastic decline ever since.
With the majority of people streaming their music and films the vast amount of CD's and DVD's are surplus to requirements and often left collecting dust.
CTR Enviro is able to take large quantities of CD's and DVD's for recycling. With our in house machinery we are able to break down the components.
Separating the paper sleeve from the plastic outer, the clear plastic from the inside holder and removing the disc, each item is shredded and granulated down to less than 5mm of plastic granules.
This granulated plastic is now ready for reuse back into the manufacturing stream for remoulding into a new product.
